Ned has been in the Real Estate Business for the last nine years and has been working with Exit Realty Talbot and Company, Inc. for the last seven years. He specializes in getting your house sold, finding the right home for you, helping people who are in a pre-foreclosure situation, and he can help you save your credit and put you into a home in the future.
Ned is an Associate Broker. He has two Bachelor of Arts Degrees from Hampden-Sydney College and holds a Juris Doctorate from Mississippi College School of Law. He has the honor of being a member of the Dulles Area Association of Realtors Top Producers and Multi-Million Dollar Clubs.
In his spare time, he is an avid soccer player, bike rider, golfer and hiker, and one day hopes to hike the Appalachian Trail.
Ned and his family have been helping Loudoun County residents with their real estate and legal needs to the last 49 years. He resides in Winchester, Virginia with his lovely wife Amy, son Jackson, and his step-daughter Olivia. In his free time he teaches Sunday school and volunteers for Habitat for Humanity.
Ned's life experiences and specialized real estate and negotiation training allows him to give you the ultimate real estate experience from looking for a house to writing the contract, to the negotiations, to the closing and beyond. He looks forward to working with you.
