Raj Patel has been in real estate since 2000. He is a licensed broker in three states: Maryland, Virginia, and DC. He is the owner of IKON REALTY - Ashburn branch. From simple property to multi-unit investing to business buying and selling, he is an avid real estate investor. Raj loves brainstorming, problem solving and teaching.
He has BS in Computer Science. Before real estate, He was a consultant and has programmed, consulted and developed many on-line applications. He maintains an in-depth current knowledge of the real estate market in Washington DC Metro Area. He has directed the recruitment and retention of real estate agents. He provides training and coaching, counseling agents concerning professional development. He has successfully started and sold the 2 Ethnic grocery stores in Northern VA. In 2006, Raj started his own real estate company and as of now grown into 35 plus agents. After starting a successful real estate company he started his own title company in late 2007, Loudoun Title. He is a member of Dulles Area Association of Realtors (DAAR), Northern Virginia Association of Realtors (NVAR), Greater Capital Association of Realtors (GCAAR), Virginia Association of Realtors (VAR), and National Association of Realtors (NAR). He is a licensed certified instructor with the Commonwealth of Virginia Real Estate Board. He has been teaching real estate sales classes for Moseley since 2006.
