Kathy Chisholm, Broker Associate of Keller Williams Realty in Charlottesville, also holds a Broker’s License in North Carolina.  Licensed in 1996 in Alaska, she became a Broker Associate there in 1998, and has kept that current Broker status current for over 13 years.  A 100% Club member for RE/MAX Associates of Fairbanks through 2000, she continued her sales career with Century 21 in North Carolina through 2003 before settling in Virginia and now with Keller Williams Realty.   Kathy enjoyed a previous career in mortgage loans and banking, both of which continue to serve her clients well in the residential sales field.  She feels fortunate to have worked in real estate-related fields for over 30 years in Alaska, Wyoming, North Carolina and Virginia, and brings to the table an astute working knowledge of ethical negotiations combined with keen insight to clients’ needs and dreams, all wrapped in the utmost sense of professionalism.
