B.J. Thomas is the Branch Vice President, Managing Broker, Business Development Coach for Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in Fairfax, Virginia.  She has been practicing real estate since 1983 and managing an office for Coldwell Banker since 2006. She first acquired her real estate license in Virginia and is also licensed in Washington D.C.   She is a member of the National Association of Realtors, Virginia Association of Realtors, Northern Virginia Association of Realtors and was a member of the Northern Virginia Association of Realtors Grievance Committee for two years and is currently a member of the Northern Virginia Association of Realtors Arbitration Committee.   B.J.’s experience as top producer lead her to new home sales manager for 6 years where she worked closely with builders throughout the process of new home sales, land acquisition, engineering, architecture and design selections.   In her free time she enjoys reading, gardening, yoga, dance, golf, and hiking with her dogs.
