Renee' Smith has been investing in real estate for more than 13 years. She has spent the last three years helping others to create diverse investment portfolios. Renee has learned early on, the profit is in the purchase and with a radically changing market there is no room for error. Renee' specializes and takes great pride in assisting first time homebuyers realize the ease of home ownership. Renee' is certified by the Virginia Housing Development Authority (VHDA) as a first time homebuyer trainer and educates others on the benefits and potential pitfalls in homeownership. Renee believes in cutting edge technology, which allows her to provide additional research and statistics that are utilized by her clients to make a more informed decision. Renee' has had the honor of being awarded the leadership service award for outstanding service. She is a member of the National (NAR), Northern Virginia (NVAR), and the Fredericksburg Area Association of Realtors (FAAR). In her off time, Renee' enjoys spending time with her brilliant husband Darrell of almost 17 years and their 3 wonderful children. She also enjoys reading, researching and believes every hardworking individual deserves a day at the spa. Originally from Massachusetts, Renee' claimed the beautiful state of Virginia as her home 15 years ago. Renee' has a passion for education and has earned a Bachelor degree in Computer Science, a Bachelor degree in Theology and an MBA with a concentration in management and finance. She continues to seek new information and recently received individual training from one of Wall Street Journals top real estate professionals and trainers in the country. In her free time, Renee' is an active member of her church and also volunteers as the chairman of her community Homeowners Association (HOA).

Judy Laxague has been involved in real estate in the Fredericksburg area for the past ten years and is very active in civic and community activities. Prior to beginning her real estate career, she was an instructor-course developer at the FBI Academy. She has extensive skills in adult education and the ever changing real estate profession. She has taught VHDA classes for first time home buyers and strives to make each real estate transaction as streefree as possible for both buyers and sellers. Her certifications include VHDA, ABR and GRI.

In her free time, she sings with the Spotsylvanians, Joysong Choral, her church choir and is president of the board for the Rappahannock POPS orchestra. She loves to travel and met new people and looks forward to helping you start your real estate career.
