Ella Hubbard

Ella Hubbard is Associate Broker with EXIT Realty Expertise in King George, Virginia. She is a member of the Virginia Association of Realtors, Fredericksburg Area Association of Realtors and Northern Neck Association of Realtors.

Ella is top producer and as the Education Director she shares her wealth of knowledge be developing and teaching a variety of workshops to include "You've Sold Yourself, Now it's Time to Put it in Writing" and "Your client is Ready to Write an Offer, Are You?" The workshops teach agents how to sharpen their real estate knowledge by learning to write stronger listing agreements and offers. She also teaches a workshop entitled "You May be in Violation and Not Know It" which reviews the National Association of Realtors' Code of Ethics.

Ella started her real estate career in 1994 working for a builder/investor and gained experience in many phases of new home construction from the purchase of land to subdivision development. She scheduled and processed 100+ settlements per year and managed over 30 rental properties. Ella enjoyed helping clients design their dream home and see their excitement as their dreams became realities. This inspired her to obtain her Real Estate license in 2002 and her Broker licensed in 2006.

Ella was owner of Total Real Estate Connections for 3 years and soon realized her true passion was working with clients and helping other agents to be successful realtors, not the day-to-day of running a brokerage.

Ella is involved in her community. She is a Notary Public and is a member of the King George Builder's Association, King George Chamber of Commerce, King George Fall Festival Committee and Stafford Fraternal Order of Eagles.

Ella was destined to be in the real estate business. Both her Mom and Dad were realtors and her husband, Doug, has been in the construction business for 35 years. Her daughter followed her footsteps and is also a licensed realtor. Real Estate is a way of life.
