Patrick Wright

Experience: I began my real estate career in 2005. I earned my associate broker license and my instructor's license in 2008. In addition to delivering licensing and continuing education courses for Moseley, I also present courses for Keller Williams Realty on career and business building. Prior to my real estate career, I was a Latin teacher for 12 years in public and private secondary schools, colleges and universities, and the Department of Education in Virginia.

Education: I earned the Graduate, REALTOR Institute (GRI) designation in 2006 and the Accredited Buyer’s Representative Manager (ABRM) designation in 2009. I have completed additional coursework beyond the minimum requirement in Real Estate Law, Real Estate Appraisal, Real Estate Finance, and Real Estate Brokerage Management. I also hold a Master's degree in adult education and distance learning.

Professional Affiliations: I am a member of the National Association of REALTORS (NAR), Virginia Association of REALTORS (VAR), and the Richmond Association of REALTORS (RAR). I am a member of the Real Estate Buyer's Agent Council (REBAC).

Personal: During my free time, I enjoy wine tasting, traveling, watching movies and theater productions, and playing with my dog Trudy. Occasionally I teach a course as an adjunct professor for the Classics Department at Randolph-Macon College in Ashland, Virginia. 



Joan Dorsey

Experience: I began my real estate career in 2002. Since entering the field, I have sold several million dollars in residential homes. In addition to residential resale, I have worked as a site-agent in new home construction. I have a complete understanding of the new construction process and have taken several additional courses with the Home Builders Association of Richmond.

Education: I hold a bachelors degree in Elementary Education/Sociology-Social Work. I earned my Associate Brokers license in 2008 and my ABR certification in 2005. I also received my relocation certification in 2003.

Professional Affiliations: Member of the National Association of REALTORS, Virginia Association of REALTORS and the Richmond Association of REALTORS. I am also a member of the Real Estate Buyer Agent Council.

Personal: I am a board member of the Midlothian High School PTSA as well as a council member of the Northfield Foundation. I enjoy my free time with my family just having dinner together and watching movies.



Mark Goad

REALTOR, Associate Broker, CRS, GRI and Moseley Instructor

Experience: I began my real estate career in 1997. I earned my associate broker license in 2003 and my instructor's license in 2006. Over the course of my real estate career, I have sold hundreds of homes with an almost equal split of sellers and buyers.

Awards/Recognition: I have earned the Distinguished Achiever Award from the Richmond Association of REALTORS every year since 1999. Our team received the Keller Williams Silver Achievement Award for production and the Keller Williams Bronze Growth Partner Award for commitment to the office's growth in 2006. Our team received the Keller Williams Gold Achievement Award for production in 2007.

Education: I have completed additional coursework beyond the minimum requirement in Real Estate Law, Real Estate Appraisal, Real Estate Finance, and Real Estate Brokerage Management. I have completed the education and production requirements to earn the Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) designation, which is held by only 4% of REALTORS nationally. I earned the Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) designation to better serve our buyer clients. I earned the Graduate, REALTOR Institute (GRI) designation in 2007. I have passed the requirements to earn the Quality Service Certified (QSC) professional designation.

Professional Affiliations: I am a member of the National Association of REALTORS, Virginia Association of REALTORS, and the Richmond Association of REALTORS. I am a member of the Real Estate Buyer's Agent Council and Council of Residential Specialists. I am coached by a professional business coach at Buffini & Company.
