Paul Delkaso is Principal Broker and co-owner of tristar property management and Fejovic Realty. He has been actively involved in the real estate profession for more than ten years. Prior to starting his real estate career he worked as CEO Onsalemarket.com ; Paul holds MBA, BA in computer science, several computer system training certifications and five Designations which are earned both through classroom hours and level of experience. He has deliver and written various types of training material and articles for several local news papers. Due to his extensive knowledge of commercial real-estate and property management, Paul was instrumental in bringing professionalism to the Fejovic Realty and tristar property management. Further, Paul has devoted many hours to community service and he has been a leading proponent of land conservation.
Having had over 6 years of training experience in the classroom, distance learning, web seminars, ballroom conference presentations, course development and instructional design he's very well prepared to accommodate any student who would like to learn.
He is licensed Real-estate Broker in states of Virginia and Maryland, as well as the District of Columbia.
