Credit Reporting
Continuing Education | Post-Licensing Education
Moseley reports all CE & PLE credits electronically to Florida, Georgia and Virginia all no charge to our students. Credits are automatically submitted the next business following course completion. Typically, it takes one additional business day for those credits to be processed and displayed on the state licensing sites.
In most states, licensees must complete a renewal application and pay renewal fees to their respective licensing agency once their credits are reported in order to renew their license status. If your credits have been reported, but your license is not renewed, be sure you completed the required renewal application and paid appropriate renewal fees to your state agency.
For specific insight on how to look-up your license status, please find the state below for more details.
The My Florida License site is great place to manage and renew your license online:
Florida provides data on your license status and expiration date. If you have already activated your online account with Florida, you can view your posted continuing education records online. Be sure to choose appropriate renewal period, as the site maintains data for multiple cycles.
The site will open up your license for renewal usually within a 90 day window prior to license expiration. In addition, DBPR will send reminder emails notifying the licensee that their license is up for renewal. Renewal deadlines are every two years, on either March 31 or September 30 depending on your initial date.
The Georgia Real Estate Commission has great site to view, manage and renew your license online:
You can renew your license 24 hours a day, seven days a week, up to 120 days (4 months) prior to the renewal date. You must renew by midnight of your renewal due date to avoid lapsing and incurring a late fee.
The DPOR Online Services Portal is great place to view, manage, and renew your license:
NOTE: The renewal link will NOT appear if your license expiration date is more than 60 days in the future.
Making Sense of the License Lookup Information
Some of most common questions come trying to understand the information posted on the DPOR License Look-Up Site. DPOR will post credits within 1-2 business days of receipt from Moseley.
NAR Ethics & Fair Housing
ETHICS:
Members of the National Association of REALTORS® are required to complete periodic ethics training of not less than 2 hours and 30 minutes of instructional time every three years,.
As of January 1, 2025, all National Association of REALTORS® (NAR)members, including new and existing, must complete a minimum of two hours of fair housing training every three years, coinciding with the Code of Ethics training cycle.
Unlike state mandated continuing education, the NAR Ethics and Fair Housing education reporting can only be done by the REALTOR® with their local association. The NAR does not “approve” other schools or courses. However, many local REALTOR® Associations have accepted our courses as having met the NAR Triennial Realtor Ethics and Fair Housing Training Requirement. It is up to each association to accept credits based on their individual processes.
Students can find copies of the course materials and course timed outlines with their course platforms that may be downloaded and used for the purpose of credit submission to their local REALTOR® association for consideration.
Multiple Licenses
Our systems will automatically report your CE or PLE credits to the appropriate state licensing agency for you under the license number you provide in our course platform.
Some folks, however, have more than one active license number for which credits have to be reported. No worries – we can help, and it won’t cost you a thing.
VIRGINIA AGENTS:
There is no need to take additional action. When we report for one license number, if there are related licenses under the same entity, then credits are applied to all licenses.
Licensing
Florida sales associate candidates must submit their own course completion certificate to DBPR along with the license application. Moseley is not able to submit licensing credits or eligibility to DBPR on the student’s behalf. For more information on the licensing and testing process in Florida – check out the link below:
Moseley reports Georgia Salesperson candidate’s eligibility automatically and electronically to the Georgia Real Estate Commission upon successful completion of our licensing course.
Be sure you have submitted your Georgia Course Completion Form found in STEP 5 of your Salesperson course.
The Virginia Real Estate Board contracts with an independent testing company, PSI, to administer their state licensing exam. When students complete their licensing education with Moseley, we submit testing eligibility to PSI automatically and electronically.
Students can login to the PSI site 2-3 business days after course completion to register for their state licensing exam.
As of 03/13/2025, PSI no longer requires a 2×2 photo of the candidate to be submitted by the school. Any eligibility reported after 03/13/2025 will remain valid in the PSI databank for 10 years.
The Virginia Real Estate Board contracts with an independent testing company, PSI, to administer their state licensing exam. Moseley can only report Virginia broker candidate eligibility to PSI once all 180 credit hours of prelicensing education are completed.
If you have completed all you course work with Moseley:
Awesome! Thank you! 🤩
Please request submission via email HERE and we will submit to PSI at NO CHARGE. You should be able to register online with PSI within 2-3 business days of submission request.
If you have completed courses with other providers and we are your final course:
Awesome! Thank you!👏🏼
Please attach a copy of your other course completion certificates via email HERE and we will submit to PSI at NO CHARGE. You should be able to register online with PSI within 1-2 business days of certificate submission and verification.
Resubmission to PSI Testing Agency
Educational credits earned for licensing are valid in Virginia for a lifetime. As of 03/13/2025, PSI holds records for 10-years after eligibility is submitted.
If you completed your course PRIOR to 03/13/2025, PSI only holds records for 12-months after eligibility is submitted. Therefore, if it has been more than 12-months since you have completed your licensing education, and you still need to register for your state licensing exam with PSI, Moseley will need to resubmit your eligibility.
We are happy to resubmit your eligibility to PSI at NO CHARGE. Please submit a request through the email link below with subject line: “PSI Resubmission”. Be sure to provide your name, current email address, and best contact number.

Proctoring
Why, Who, How
Both the Virginia Real Estate Board and the Georgia Real Estate Commission require all students to have a proctored final exam for licensing courses. In addition, GREC also requires all PLE course final exams to be proctored. These course final exams are considered “Closed-Book” and proctored to ensure that students do not receive any outside assistance or pass along testing materials.
Choose a disinterested third party to proctor your exam (not a relative or family member). Students commonly choose real estate licensees, notary publics, librarians, or colleagues as proctors.
- Prior to taking your exam, be sure to have your proctor available as well as their contact information including: name, phone, email, occupation
- At the start of your exam, the student will be required to enter your proctor’s information (name, phone, email, occupation).
- Your proctor will be emailed this request, along with a password/link to “unlock” your exam. Once the exam is unlocked, the exam timer will begin.
Entered Wrong Info/Troubleshoot
Mistakes happen, and that’s okay! If you’ve misspelled your proctor’s name or email or need to update the proctor’s information, it’s easy to fix.
Solution:
- Have the student log out of their course.
- Then, log back in.
- When you try to access the exam again, you’ll be prompted to re-enter the correct proctor information.
Don’t worry—your exam timer doesn’t start until the proctor unlocks the exam. This ensures you won’t lose any time while correcting the information.

Extensions
How long do I have?
All course tuition is valid for 12 months from purchase.
Moseley Courses have an enrollment timer located within each course. This can be found in the right hand column. If you don’t see the right column, be sure the click on the blue arrow at the top right part of screen to open it up. For more information, check out the video below.
My Course is Missing
There are generally two reasons students are not able to see their course in their portal:
- They have logged into the wrong portal: CE/PLE or Licensing
- The missing course has expired its enrollment duration
Be sure you are logging into the correct portal. If your enrollment has expired, you may purchase an extension for any our licensing courses or exam prep courses (CE and PLE courses are not eligible for course extensions). If it has been more than 24 months since the original course enrollment, students will be required to re-purchase their course at the current price in order to remain enrolled.
Request/Purchase Extensions
Need extra time to finish your course? We can help!
Students can purchase a 3-month extension up to three different times. Each extension is just $99. You won’t lose any of your course progress! Visit the specific program page to purchase a course specific extension.
Extensions are processed within 1-business day of receipt.
Your course completion status should remain unchanged when applying an extension.
If you need to extend a course that had been deprecated or gone out of compliance, you will be enrolled in the most up-to-date version of that same course. Your activity completion status will be transferred as eligible. This generally takes 1-business day.
