James "Jim" Martin

James and his wife Connie moved to the Northern Virginia area from Nebraska in 1984. After a career as Director of Information Systems with Aspen Publishers James and Connie moved to the Central Virginia Area and are now living in Lynchburg Virginia. James obtained his Virginia Real Estate Salesperson license in 1998, and was first affiliated with Coldwell Banker Forehand & Co. until August 2013 when he moved to Century 21 All-Service.

James provides full range of real estate services to his customers and clients, including, market analysis and marketing planning for sale or purchase of a home. His coverage area includes the City of Lynchburg Virginia, Campbell County Virginia, Amherst County Virginia, Appomattox County Virginia and Bedford County Virginia.

James is a member of the Lynchburg Virginia Board of Realtors, The National Association of Realtors, and the Virginia Association of Realtors.

Dee Meredith

Dee Meredith was licensed as a REALTOR® in 1989.  Those 20+ years in the business have helped her understand how to make a real estate deal a win-win for all parties.  Her listening skills are well honed; her knowledge of the market is unequaled; and her ability to problem solve is well known among others in the business.

As Uncle Adrian says, Dee has two speeds--wide open and dead stop.  She's never learned to idle.  While her production places her among the top tier of REALTORS, she is known for her mentoring of others, for the extraordinary care she gives her clients, and for the leadership role she assumes in the real estate community--including the 2010 Presidency of the Lynchburg Association of REALTORS.
