Welcome Existing & Future Agents of Century 21 Redwood Realty

CENTURY 21 Redwood Realty: A better approach to Real Estate

We founded Redwood Realty in 2002 with the idea that we would change the way that real estate is practiced. Our strategy is to package the industry’s best marketing with the highest level of service possible. This approach has made us one of the region’s fastest growing firms.

The key to our success is two-fold. First, we are students of the trade. We have extensive knowledge and experience in all aspects of residential real estate transactions, including financing. Second, our ability and desire to pool our resources provides you with virtually round-the-clock service and accessibility.

Recently joining the Redwood family after operating for years as CENTURY 21 Cardinal Realty, the team of Agents in our Stafford office have all of the right connections & resources to ensure that your move is a smooth one! Whether you are buying or selling a home, our knowledge of this exciting region gives you the edge. Put our finely tuned marketing and buying programs to work for you!

What makes Century 21 and Redwood Realty great?
I’ve been in this business for more than 30 years. It’s what I love and what I’ve always done. I’ve spent my entire career under the Century 21 brand and it’s a brand I’m proud to represent. It’s a company that’s fueled my passion for real estate and helped me to become what I am today. When Redwood approached me a couple of years ago and we started talking about a merger between our two brokerages, I leapt at the chance. Redwood is a growing powerhouse while still retaining the small company feel and providing all the benefits of the latest technology for their agent-centric model… It was the perfect match. The owners of this company work tirelessly and are driven to arm their agents with the latest and greatest in technology and marketing. It’s an awesome place to be.

Now that you’re going to manage an entire region, how do see your role changing?
Well, I’ll be managing our Southern Region, sure, but I’ll still be working with agents, which is what I love to do. I love talking to new agents and telling them about all the advantages that come along with working for the Redwood Realty brand.

Why Century 21 Redwood Realty?
The truth of the matter is that since Redwood came to Century 21, I’ve been watching them grow. Redwood started with just 2 offices, and now, there are 8. That’s kind of unprecedented growth… But it still has an intimate, family feel that I think lots of companies kick to the curb. Everyone on the team is imminently accessible to each other at a moment’s notice. It’s a great place to work.

What do you think is the most valuable thing you bring to the table?
I bring more than three decades of experience in this business. I’ve been on all three levels of service, National, State, and local, including serving as the 2007 President of VAR and several years as a Director for NAR. And the fact that I sit on the Board of Directors at MRIS gives us a huge leg up; I know about all the changes coming down the pike and can arm our agents with the best knowledge there is.
