For all of Moseley’s PLE & CE courses, students may request and are eligible for a full refund within 90 days of purchase. Requests must be made prior to course completion, the issuance of a course completion certificate, or reporting of credits to related state agencies.

COURSE ENROLLMENT DURATION & EXTENSIONS
All original course enrollments are valid for 12 months from date of purchase. Students may purchase an extension for licensing courses only. Moseley may extend enrollment into most recent version of original course – if students are extended into a new course version, some course progress may be lost.
Add more time to your package enrollment
Students can purchase a 3-month extension up to three different times. Each extension is just $99. Purchase an extension from your specific program page. Extensions may take up to 1-business day to be processed.
LICENSING COURSE REFUND POLICY
We hope it doesn’t happen, but we understand that sometimes circumstances change.
LiveClass+ PACKAGES
Moseley’s LiveClass+ package tuition is 100% refundable if requested in writing within 10 calendar days of original payment or before the start of your first session, whichever comes first. Your refund eligibility is also nullified if you reschedule your original LiveClass sessions.
Online+ PACKAGES
Moseley tuition is 100% refundable if requested in writing within 10 calendar days of original payment. Your refund eligibility is nullified if you have completed more than 25% of your course or if you switch your tuition to a LiveClass+ package.
