Moseley Real Estate Schools, Inc. (“Moseley”),  is the sole owner of the information collected on our Website and through our Services. Moseley collects information from our users in several areas of our website and is described in detail below. This website is secured, and connection to the server is encrypted.

THIRD PARTY PRIVACY POLICY

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

REGISTRATION

In order for students to participate in courses offered by Moseley, they are required to complete the registration process. Moseley collects personal information at the time of registration that includes but is not limited to name, postal address, email address, and phone contact. This information is collected solely for the identification of the student.  Moseley will not disclose personal information to a Third Party unless it is required for reporting course credit to state licensing agencies. For courses requiring payment, students are required to provide financial information.  The information collected is used for billing purposes and to fill students’ orders. Moseley does not store or have access to credit card information entered through our online cart.

COURSE COMPLETION & REPORTING

During the students’ enrollment in a course, Moseley may collect personal information including but not limited to social security numbers, date of birth, and real estate license number. This information is collected solely for the purpose of reporting earned education credits to the appropriate state licensing and testing agencies. Moseley administrators have access to the student’s name and contact information.  This information may be accessed by staff in order to provide you with the highest quality service available.  The servers that store student information are in a secure environment.

COURSE RECORDS

Records are kept confidential.  Unless written authorization by the student is provided, information regarding registration, attendance, finances, grades, or course completion will not be released.  Students have full access to their course records through the moseley.org website and the Student Services Department.

TRAINER DISCLOSURE

Trainers will be notified of their students’ names and contact information upon student registration.  Unless a student presents written documentation to release records, additional information will not be provided to trainers or other office personnel.

INTERMEDIARIES

Moseley uses Authorize.net, a credit card processing company, to bill students for courses. This processing company does not maintain, share, or use any student information for any other purpose.
